vitanexusllc@gmail.comCommon questions
Do I need an account?
You can read papers and discussions without signing in. To post, reply, report, or block, create an email-and-password account in Settings → Profile. New accounts can sign in immediately; email ownership is not verified. If you forget your password, request a recovery email in the app and check Spam or Junk if it does not arrive.
Where do articles come from?
Article metadata and abstracts come from PubMed and linked publisher sources. Reusable full text from PubMed Central may help the app select findings or fill a missing summary section. Links open the article source.
Where are saved articles and preferences stored?
Learning topics, folders, saved articles, private notes, reading history, and activity dates stay on your device.
How do I report or remove a discussion comment?
In a version with discussions, open the comment options to report a post or block its author. You can remove your own comment and delete your discussion account from the account controls. For urgent moderation concerns, email us with the paper title and a description; do not include patient details.
Is the app medical advice?
No. The app is for education and literature discovery. Summaries and discussion comments do not replace the complete article, professional judgment, or clinical guidance.
The Plastics Brief is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PubMed, the National Library of Medicine, the journals, or their publishers.
